Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2025

At NYSASSRS/RSGDA, we are committed to providing valuable membership services to professionals in the automotive trade. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered. Because our programs, services, and benefits are made available immediately upon membership activation, full refunds are generally not issued.

1. General Policy

Membership dues, event registrations, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Once payment has been processed and access to benefits has been granted, refunds will not typically be issued.

2. Exceptions and Considerations

We understand that unforeseen situations can arise. Requests for partial refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NYSASSRS/RSGDA

To be considered for a refund, a written request must be submitted to state@rsgda.com within 15 days of the original payment date.

Refunds, if granted, may be subject to administrative fees or pro-rated deductions for benefits already received or services already rendered.

3. Events and Conferences

Cancellations for event registrations must be received in writing prior to the cancellation deadline listed in the event’s registration materials. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.

If an event is canceled by NYSASSRS/RSGDA, registrants will be notified and refund options will be provided.

4. Non-Transferability

Memberships and event registrations are non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal or professional circumstances.
